Dr. Logan Rath is a Librarian at SUNY Brockport where he focuses on instruction and student research support. He is a 2016 recipient of the Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Librarianship for his efforts in many different areas of librarianship including instruction, technology, and interlibrary loan. Logan has a PhD in Curriculum, Instruction, & the Science of Learning from the University at Buffalo, SUNY. His current research interests include the intersection of information literacy and literacy as a social practice, effective library instruction, and effective integration of technology into collegiate learning.

Kimberly Davies Hoffman serves as the University of Rochester’s Assistant Dean of Engaged Learning & Research at the River Campus Libraries. With interests in engaging pedagogy, instructional design, assessment, creating professional development opportunities, and collaborative leadership, she has been a founding member for programs like LILAC, the 3Ts, and RYSAG. Recent projects include designing and executing undergraduate-level experiential learning programs based upon the college competencies, engaging in the 2025 Designing Libraries conference, leadership and participation in the ARL’s Intensive Learning Program and Digital Scholarship Institute, co-development of the COPALI OER toolkit, and an openly published book titled Open Pedagogy Approaches: Faculty, Library, and Student Collaborations. Kimberly earned her MLS at the University at Buffalo and a BA in French and International Relations at the University of New Hampshire.

As a Social Sciences Librarian for the University of Rochester, Justina Elmore supports scholarly pursuits of the students, faculty and staff of multiple departments and programs including Anthropology, Political Science, International Relations, Public Health and Gender, Sexuality and Women’s Studies. This includes actively participating in research, teaching, and learning processes; advancing equity with a reparative justice mind-set when teaching and assessing information literacy and developing library collections; building strong relationships with faculty and other professionals across the institution; providing in-person and virtual research consultation services; engaging and collaborating with faculty, students, and staff around current and emerging digital technologies and initiatives for learning and research to support a dynamic, student-centered research environment that encourages inquiry, critical thinking and creativity.
